Biotechnology 1 Gr 5-8
This course is an introductory course in biotechnology and covers selected topics in Biotechnology and Cell Biology. Learn about biomimicry (including nanotechnologies) and explore essential biotechnology techniques used in genetic engineering and forensic science. Students will learn about and have fun with DNA extraction, restriction enzyme analysis, genetic diseases and gene therapies.
